Submittal process for rental and business license applications

The primary method of renewing a rental or business license application is online through eLicenses. If you have previously been issued a license, you will receive a letter in the mail each year with the information you will need to renew online. New licenses must be applied for using the PDF application below.

Mail — Provide a check for payment, or include a name and phone number to be contacted for credit card payment. Mail application to:

In person — Apply in person at City Hall, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
