Elan West End opened for occupancy in fall 2020. The building sold to a new owner in January 2024 and has been renamed Arlo West End

Project background

Plans were approved for the construction of a six-story apartment building with 164 residential units. The building is adjacent to Central Park West and the AC Hotel by Marriott. The development includes five affordable units at 60% area median income (AMI).
