The Council Chambers can accommodate up to 85 people. Council Chambers is available only for events that are informative, relevant and open to all St. Louis Park residents. Examples include candidate forums and elected official town halls.

The Council Chambers audiovisual/broadcasting system isn’t available for use by non-city staff due to the complexity and expense of these newly installed systems.

If the city determines there is a community benefit to adding the event to city cable channels, and if staff is available, live broadcasting and/or recording may be offered for the event. An additional fee may be charged for this service.

A $25 nonrefundable cleanup fee will be charged for food served in the Council Chambers. No supplies will be provided for food service. Renters may not bring alcohol into or on any property of city hall.
