Websites and social media
Staff develop and maintain the city’s website, working with city departments to promptly post updates. They also maintain the city’s social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and provide city posts on Nextdoor.
City publications
Community news, upcoming events and information about recreation opportunities are included in several city publications produced by the department, including the Park Perspective (published and mailed citywide quarterly) and parks and recreation catalog (published March, August and November).
Media relations

ParkTV
ParkTV division staff produce programming for ParkTV’s local cable channels and YouTube channel, covering news, sports, performances, presentations, meetings and events in St. Louis Park.
General communications
A wide variety of print materials — brochures, flyers, postcards, new resident packets, business publications — are produced by communications and marketing staff. Many items are mailed directly to homes in order to keep residents informed of important citywide events.
Technology
IT Staff provide computer and technology support services to city employees.
