The city comprehensive plan is an official document that guides the future of the City of St. Louis Park. It sets forth policies and programs that govern land use, transportation, public facilities, economic development, housing and other areas of city government.

The 2040 plan builds on the Vision 3.0 foundation and integrates it into plan elements. The plan shapes the practical goals and strategies for the future of St. Louis Park.
