On Monday, July 31, Minnesota Management and Budget Commissioner Myron Frans will launch a statewide “My Minnesota” tour offering Minnesotans the opportunity to provide their ideas on what new investments the state should make. Commissioner Frans will also share how the state’s budget directly impacts their local community. 
Commissioner Frans, who will also serve ice cream to attendees, will be joined by St. Louis Park Mayor Jake Spano, Senator Ron Latz, Representative Cheryl Youakim, Representative Peggy Flanagan, and Secretary of State Steve Simon. 

Be aware of road construction!
Texas Avenue from West 36th Street to Minnetonka Boulevard is closed to through traffic this summer due to road construction. Please use these alternate routes to reach Oak Hill Park:

• Minnetonka Boulevard to Rhode Island, take Rhode Island south to the main park shelter
• Louisiana Avenue to Walker, take Walker west to Rhode Island, proceed north on Rhode Island to the main park shelter.
