Mayor Jake Spano will present the 2018 State of the City Thursday, March 8, 4:30-6:30 p.m. at The Rec Center Banquet Room, 3700 Monterey Drive. Enjoy networking and food from 4:30-5 p.m., with a program by Mayor Spano starting at 5 p.m. Stay after the program (approximately 6-6:30 p.m.) for more mingling and tours of the ROC (Recreation Outdoor Center).
