The city council holds regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of every month at 6:15 p.m. Study sessions are generally held on the second and/or fourth Mondays of every month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at St. Louis Park city hall unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda.

Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled at any time, provided the council meets at least once per month. City council meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the city council. View a complete list of council approved holidays.

The city council rules of procedure provide guidelines for the conduct of public business by the council. This includes conduct of meetings, the agenda and order of business, and general rules of order. View city council rules of procedure.

EDA/city council meeting

Attention: This meeting will be held at the St. Louis Park Public Schools Board Room, located at St. Louis Park High School, room C350. Enter at either the circle doors or the new student entrance along West 33rd Street. The meeting has been moved to this location as the council chambers are being used for early voting and as a precinct location for the March 3 presidential primary.

The St. Louis Park City Council will hold its Monday, March 2, meeting at the school board room, Rm. C350, St. Louis Park High School, 6425 W. 33rd St. The economic development authority starts at 6:20 p.m., followed by the regular council meeting at 6:30 p.m. The meeting kicks off with a 2020 Census presentation, a Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office update and a proclamation declaring March 2020 as Colorectal Cancer Awareness Month.
