In 2017, four city offices will be on the ballot: Council Member — Wards 1 through 4. No federal, state or county offices will be voted on this year.

Four candidates filed for the office of Ward 1 Councilmember.
The August 8, 2017, Primary Election will be held ONLY in Ward 1; it is not a citywide election.
Only polling places in precincts 1, 2, 3 and 4 will be open August 8.
Eligible voters in Ward 1 can vote at their polling place August 8, 7 a.m.-8 p.m.
