The city council holds regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of every month at 6:15 p.m. Study sessions are generally held on the second and/or fourth Mondays of every month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at St. Louis Park city hall unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda.

Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled at any time, provided the council meets at least once per month. City council meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the city council. View a complete list of council approved holidays.

The city council rules of procedure provide guidelines for the conduct of public business by the council. This includes conduct of meetings, the agenda and order of business, and general rules of order. View city council rules of procedure.

City Council Special Study Session/EDA/Regular Meeting

The St. Louis Park City Council meets Monday, Aug. 16, for a 5:45 p.m. study session to discuss racial equity and racial inclusion requirements for developers/developments requesting tax-increment financing (TIF). The study session will be followed by a 6:20 p.m. EDA meeting, then a 6:30 p.m. regular meeting. View the agenda and reports.

Watch the study session, EDA and regular meeting starting at 5:45 p.m. by webstream at bit.ly/watchslpcouncil and on local cable (Comcast SD channel 17/HD channel 859). Members of the public may attend the meeting in person at St. Louis Park City Hall, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd., St. Louis Park.

Members of the public who want to address the city council during the regular meeting about items on the agenda can do so in person or by calling the number noted below for each item. Call when the meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. and follow instructions provided. Comments will be taken during each item in the order they are received and must relate to an item on the current city council agenda.
