The city council holds regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of every month at 6:15 p.m. Study sessions are generally held on the second and/or fourth Mondays of every month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at St. Louis Park city hall unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda. 

The city council adopts a meeting schedule annually at the first meeting of the year. View the 2024 city council meeting calendar. 

Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled at any time, provided the council meets at least once per month. City council meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the city council. View a complete list of council approved holidays.

The city council rules of procedure provide guidelines for the conduct of public business by the council. This includes conduct of meetings, the agenda and order of business, and general rules of order. View city council rules of procedure.

City Council Study Session/LBAE

The St. Louis Park City Council meets Monday, April 25, starting at 5:45 p.m., for a study session. At 6:30 p.m., the 2022 local board of appeal and equalization will reconvene. View the agenda and reports. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person, watch by webstream at bit.ly/watchslpcouncil, or watch on local cable (Comcast SD channel 17/HD channel 859). 

 Due to technical challenges, courtesy call-in public comment is not available for this meeting. You can provide comment on agenda items in person at the council meeting or by emailing your comments to info@stlouispark.org by noon the day of the meeting. Comments must be related to an item on the meeting agenda. The city recognizes the value of the call-in opportunity to provide access to those who can’t attend meetings in person and is working on a reliable solution.
