The city council holds regular meetings on the first and third Mondays of every month at 6:15 p.m. Study sessions are generally held on the second and/or fourth Mondays of every month at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at St. Louis Park city hall unless otherwise noted on the meeting agenda.

Meetings may be canceled or rescheduled at any time, provided the council meets at least once per month. City council meetings are not held on holidays recognized by the city council. View a complete list of council approved holidays.

The city council rules of procedure provide guidelines for the conduct of public business by the council. This includes conduct of meetings, the agenda and order of business, and general rules of order. View city council rules of procedure.

City Council Study Session

6 p.m. Local Board of Appeals and Equalization (Council Chambers, 3rd floor)

6:30 p.m. City Council Study Session (Community Room, 1st floor)

The St. Louis Park City Council meets for a study session Monday, April 9, at 6:30 p.m. in the Community Room on the first floor of St. Louis Park City Hall, 5005 Minnetonka Blvd, St. Louis Park. The council will receive a citizen petition for safer Highway 7 intersections and will also hear an update on design development for the Westwood Hills Nature Center project, followed by a discussion of non-profit organization funding. Preceding the study session, at 6 p.m., the council will convene the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization in the Council Chambers, third floor, St. Louis Park City Hall.
