Do you have a basement?

A basement is defined as any level of the home that is not 100% above ground level from floor to ceiling, on all four sides. If any portion of the lower level has exterior grading/landscaping above the floor level, it is considered basement area. Any portion of the floor of a building which is partly or entirely below ground level. All four sides of building must be 100% above ground level, or it is considered basement area.
