Loffler Crossing

Project background

Loffler Companies recently announced they've moved their headquarters into the remodeled former Sam’s Club building. Loffler Companies purchased the property on Louisiana Avenue and completely renovated the 132,485-square-foot building to consolidate its headquarters and warehouse operations.

Loffler Companies is the Midwest's largest office-technology and IT-services company. It brings approximately 500 employees to the city and the future METRO Green Line light rail transit Louisiana Avenue Station area.

Loffler is leasing out 30,000 square feet within the building and future development of part of the parking lot on this property remains a possibility, as guided and zoned by the city following the land use and development study.
