Website accessibility

The City of St. Louis Park is dedicated to making its website accessible to everyone and makes every effort to do so. However, we recognize that not all pages and documents may be ADA and Section 508 complaint at this time. The city continually reviews its site to evaluate the accessibility and electronic availability of the documents it contains and modifies it to comply with accessibility best practices and to meet WCAG 2.1A and AA standards.

Assistance at public meetings

The council chambers and community room at St. Louis Park City Hall are both equipped with the Hearing Loop system for those whose hearing aids are compatible. Most public meetings are held in one of these two rooms.

In addition, auxiliary aids for individuals with disabilities are available upon request for public meetings. To make arrangements, please call 952.924.2500 (TOD 952.924.2518) at least four days in advance of meeting.

On each page of the city website, there is a translate button in the top right-hand corner. If you would like the website viewable in another language, click on the button and select the language you would like it to be translated to.

Meetings or general information

The City of St. Louis Park uses INGCO International to provide translation services in communicating with residents. INGCO services can be used in-person or over the phone by city staff.

If you need translation services, please request this service when you call or visit city facilities. If you need a translator at a public meeting, call 952.924.2500 at least one week in advance of the meeting.
